Hi there -- I'm afraid it's time for a new mattress. This type of thing might have constituted a valid warranty claim at one time, however that manufacturer (Carolina Mattress Guild) has been out of business since 2014. As such, you wouldn't be able to get any warranty support from the manufacturer, though your mattress is probably out of warranty by now anyway.
