Hi there. In general, both the Casper Snow and the Helix Midnight Luxe are good options for either side or back sleepers, particularly if you're under 200 pounds. For sleeping cool, I'd definitely give the edge to the Casper Snow. We are more impressed with the effectiveness of the "Heat Delete" bands than we are most cooling features in mattresses.
