I purchased a king size bed about a year ago. It has a platform frame with wooden slats and a foam mattress. Recently, the legs in the center have been bending or cracking where they go in the slats to the point where the legs are no longer usable. The outer frame is still in perfect shape and we like how it looks. Is it worth it to find new legs or should we get a whole new frame? I've seen legs that can go on existing slats, metal bars replacing the slats, and other fixes but I'm not sure any will work well. It would be a shame to get rid of a perfectly good frame.
