I have a mattress that was vaccume sealed how long should I let it sit before sleeping on it

I have gotten a new queen sized 8 inch memory foam mattress it was vaccume sealer and I wanted to know how long. I should let it sit before sleeping on it

Hi there -- Thanks for your question. You can sleep on your mattress as soon as you'd like, provided you find it comfortable and are not bothered by any excessive off-gassing. Just be aware that the off-gassing tends to be most intense for the first 24-48 hours, and it can also take that long for the mattress to fully decompress such that it takes on its final feel.
