Deciding between Saatva and Dreamcloud for Elderly Parents

I just watched both videos and there was a lot of good information! I was wondering if you have stats on what mattresses are most often purchased (and not returned) by seniors. My parents will be sleeping in different beds so motion of another sleeper will not be an issue. I didn't see anything about off-gases for the Saatva. My dad is very sensitive to fumes/smells. Both of my parents are 82 and are roughly 130lbs (mom) and 160lbs (dad). My dad has several health issues (congestive heart failure, diabetes (so experiences leg discomfort), and can have acid-reflux issues. He has tried an adjustable base bed so was wondering if either of these mattresses would work for an adjustable base. Both have been sleeping longer hours so spend a fairly good amount of time in bed.

If you were buying for your senior parents, which would you choose?
