Similar Stears and Foster model to the Fairmont Signature Bed

I really like the Fairmont Hotel's "Signature Bed" which is made by Stearns & Foster. You can buy it from the Fairmont Hotel's store, however they dont have a Twin XL size which is what I need. So, wondering if there is a regular Stearns & Foster current model that is similar?

the Fairmont bed is a Euro Top Pillowtop style mattress with what looks like about 4 inches of comfort layer. thanks!
