New purchase of Vitagenic Mattress by Aireloom Coppertech Silver Firm Tencel sleeping surface

Purchased new queen mattress 2 weeks ago, no information or warranty provided when delivered. Sent email to Macy's for warranty information and told 10 year warranty on mattress, 2 years on box springs & 10 days if damaged on delivery. Searching online for information and see horrible reviews, I am now scared. I do have 120 days to decide if I don't like the mattress & I purchased a mattress protection warranty too. I like the mattress so far, it is firm and I don't feel any warmer than I did with my 25 year old Beautyrest Pillow top mattress. I have a Knickerbocker 6 leg bed frame which offers good support. The complaints are for sagging and body indentations after only a few months, & Aireloom states it is normal. I mentioned to the salesperson that there were no comments and I was told it is a new product, too new to rate; which is not true. Also said he owns this bed & loves it. I want to love it too but I need valid truthful information about this product.
