Hi there -- Thanks for your question. This will depend on the brand of your mattress and possibly where you purchased it, as well as the extent of the sagging. Warranties have a carve-out for a certain amount of sag that is considered normal -- this amount varies from 0.5" to 2.0" depending on the brand and model, and is measured with no weight on the mattress. If you think your mattress might meet these criteria, I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer to start with, and then the retailer if necessary. I hope that's helpful.
