Hi there -- Thanks for your question. There is nothing preventing you from using an electric blanket on any mattress. Just bear in mind that memory foam is a temperature-sensitive material, so adding heat to the room or with a blanket will change the feel a bit, making it feel a bit softer. I hope that's helpful.
