I was sold on a Beautyrest Black X Hybrid Ultra Plush due to the "immediate response" of molding to the body when lying down. The day ours was delivered, I was shocked at how hard the bed was. It was only then that the salesperson mentioned they recommend waiting 90 days for the bed to relax. It has been 3.5 months, and the bed "molds" nothing like the floor model did--which is the "immediate response" we thought we were purchasing. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this problem and whether the store could have the more expensive foam option that they didn't mention that differed from the bed they ordered for me. I am blown away that they did not mention that the bed would NOT feel as it did in the store. Any insight would be appreciated.
