Hi there -- Thanks for your question. We look at this question in all of our in-depth product reviews. In the case of the Brooklyn Signature Hybrid, we tested the Medium, but the Firm should perform almost identically on this front, since the difference in softness comes entirely from the top layers of foam, not from any difference in the underlying support layers.
