Hi there -- Thanks for your question. AFAIK, WinkBed has not gone to the lengths of obtaining Greenguard certification on any of their models. That said, IIRC they do have OEKO-Tex certification for the latex used in their products, and of course CERTI-PUR certification on the foams. Also, FWIW keep in mind that off-gassing is principally a concern relating to polyurethane foam, and their innerspring models use relatively little poly foam compared to most mattresses. In addition to using pocketed coils for support (rather than foam), the regular WinkBed uses micro-coils in its comfort layer, and the WinkBed Plus uses latex (with the aforementioned OEKO-Tex certification). So while there is some poly foam in each, it's far less than an all-foam mattress would have, and even less than most other pillow-top innerspring mattresses would have. I hope that's helpful.
