Difference between 2 Premium Sealy mattresses

Trying to research mattresses and determine the best value has to be the most frustrating shopping experience I've ever experienced on the internet, lol. Mattresses should be paired with alcohol or weed when sold to assist with the recovery.

Anyway, if one of you experts can help me out, I'd be happy to send you an Xmas present.

Here's my dilemma. Here in Canada, all of the major retail stores sell Sealy mattresses under different model names. It's crazy! Trying to comparison shop is pretty much impossible and I'm sure that's intentional.

Here are the 2 models I'm most interested in at approx $1100:
