Our mattress has been used less than 1 year, husband having pains since Jan 2020, all kinds of testing & X-rays to determine the source(s). Pain in back, hip, between hip and knee, between knee & ankle. I slept (tried to sleep on his side and could feel how it sunk down, awful! I could not get comfortable.

Hi there -- Thanks for your question, and I'm terribly sorry to hear about your husband's pains. It's certainly possible that some of those issues could be caused or exacerbated by sleeping on a mattress that isn't a good fit for him from a spinal alignment standpoint. That said, FWIW when taken in their entirety, those issues honestly don't sound mattress-related to me.

In terms of how you can return the mattress, as with any mattress, that will depend entirely on the return policy of the retailer from whom you purchased it. So I'm afraid your only move here is to contact them to engage them in your situation and discuss what options they provide.
