Hi there — You won’t do any harm to the mattress by sleeping on it right away, but for mattresses that are compressed and rolled, you may find that it takes 24-48 hours for it to take on its final height and feel. For flat-packed mattresses, they should generally not change much in those ways after opening them. I hope that’s helpful.
