I have not noticed any reviews on the Embrace Relaxation mattress at Healthy Back. Does anyone have experience with this bed?

The worst mattress I've ever purchased. It caused neck impingement, so I woke up during the night with my arms and hands numb. My husband has back issues and they were made far worst. We talked the store into a refund after less than two weeks - had not anticipated that a mattress could be responsible for so much pain.
