Hi Min -- Thanks for your question, and I'm very sorry we missed this earlier. If you haven't already seen it, I would definitely recommend checking out our in-depth review of the Brentwood Cedar. You can see in the Back Support and Pressure Relief section where we assess the types of sleepers for whom this mattress would be the best fit. In general, this mattress scored very highly in terms of spinal alignment for stomach and back sleepers, but not highly on this front for side sleepers (especially lighter ones). Likewise, it did not score very well for pressure relief, which is particularly important for side sleepers. You can go directly to that section of the review with this link: https://www.goodbed.com/reviews/brentwood-home-cedar-mattress-review/#fit Note that as of April 2019, the Brentwood Cedar (which is the version that we reviewed) is no longer sold by Brentwood Home directly. It is still sold at Costco though. The newer version sold by Brentwood Home is called the Brentwood Cedar Natural Luxe. The additional layers of latex in this version provide improved pressure relief and conformance, which makes it a more suitable choice for a side sleeper. You can see more about this version of the Brentwood Cedar here. I hope that's helpful.

Yes, the Brentwood Home Cedar mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Cedar to have very good adjustable base compatibility.
