Is there a bed frame that can combine two twins into a king and then be separated again (easily) as needed?

Hi Jon -- Thanks for your question. Two Twin's don't combine into a King, however two Twin XL's more or less do. (You can see the specific dimensions of each size in our guide to mattress sizes.)

So in terms of your frame purchase, you're basically looking for any kind of platform frame that comes in a Twin XL size. Meaning, as long as they are platforms, they'll be equally capable of holding either a pair of Twin XL mattresses or a single King size mattress.
