Hi there -- Thanks for your question. It sounds like you're asking whether GoodBed has a local representative that we could send to your house to take a look on your behalf. Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer. That said, if you purchase from a company with whom we have a trusted partner relationship, then we can typically help facilitate resolution of various issues. With other companies, such as Stearns & Foster or Raymour & Flanigan, company representatives can (and often do) receive updates from GoodBed when questions and/or reviews are posted about their products and stores. And of course, they are free to respond to you here, which we encourage them to do. One other thing to note is that companies are much more motivated to respond when they know that the original poster will actually get notified of their response by email. As such, if you are really looking for help, be sure to complete the last step to sign your question by providing your first name and email address, rather than leaving your question anonymously like this one. Same goes for reviews. Sorry I can't be of more help on this.
