Hi Anne -- Thanks for your question. TBH I'm not sure I can answer this question with a high degree of confidence as we have not done in-depth reviews of any GOLS or GOTS certified mattresses as of yet. That said, there are only a few companies that make mattresses that are completely certified (head to toe) by one of these organizations -- Naturepedic and OMI are the two most well-established. So the easiest approach to getting an answer to your question would be to check out the websites of those two companies and ask them each for their firmest mattress to compare to one another. Sorry I can't be of more help on this one but I hope that at least gets you pointed in the right direction.
