I personally don't think any mattress made from polyurethane foam will last very long, even a firm. Because of the density of the foam. My mother bought a premium cushion firm 4 years ago and already has a 3 inch body impression and she spent over $3,000. for it. That was based upon my recommendation in the mattress industry, that was before I found organic mattresses last decades.
