Am I suppose to rotate my Sedgebrooke cushion firm mattress or does it have a top and bottom since it is suppose to hold heavier parts of the body differently? I realize you are not suppose to flip it.

You really SHOULD rotate your mattress head-to-foot. Enjoy your product.. We at our retail store HIGHLY RECOMMEND you rotate it weekly in the first few months for the correct 'break in'. Then once every several months, or at least once a year.."When you change your fire alarm batteries" This will pay off down the road since that model is the pocketed coil
