Thanks for your question Norm. Yes, definitely -- the Spindle mattress is an all-latex construction, which is a great match for an adjustable foundation. To give you some extra assurance on this, Spindle confirms this on their own website here. The only stipulation they add is that the adjustable base should meet these basic qualifications:
Both of these qualifications are very standard so it's unlikely you'll have any trouble finding an adjustable base that meets them. Hope that helps.
