Can a mattress be replaced under warranty for developing a strong latex smell over time?

We have a Dreameasy - EKOS 700 Mattress since 2010. The mattress has now developed a strong latex smell. The latex smell is so strong we can no longer sleep on it. What should we do? The mattress has a 20 year warranty. Can it be replaced under warranty? Please advise.
