Can my Park Place mattress be replaced?

I bought this mattress from HomeMakers Furniture in Midlothian, Virginia a little less than 2 years ago. The mattress has a big sink in it where I lay. It does not come out. I flipped it over and the other side did the same thing. It looks bad when I make my bed and it is very uncomfortable. What can you do to help me? The label on the mattress says American Home Quantum Park Place. There is no other discription on it.
