Hi Phyllis, It would take a little extra information about the Diana mattress you saw to be sure. Our store has a mattress that is priced similarly and it has 504 coils. It's the Serta Dreamtime Eurotop and it's about 9" thick, medium-firm. If you can provide a link to a website, we can take a look and see how it compares.
