Longevity of City Mattresses Denali Queen plush bed?

I purchased a Denali Queen plush bed in April 2015 from City Mattress. The bed is soft around the perimeter, but slopes towards the center and is very hardin the center. How long should such a bed last?

Chris, your mattress has a ten-year warranty. Does your frame have center support? Please call the store where you bought to request an appointment with the service manager.
