Why do I hear the springs when another person gets into the bed?

I have a Kingsdown Sleeping Beauty Celine mattress. It is only 7 months old and already I hear springs when another person gets into the bed—what's going on?

What's going on? You bought a lousy mattress from a manufacturer with nothing but problems...despite what your salesman told you.
