Hi Katherine, If you are trying to sell it on Craigslist, the price you will sell it for will depend on your area. You'll have to make a judgement call based on other local posts but I would estimate the retail value anywhere between $600-$800. We have carried Park Place memory foam beds in the past so I have some knowledge on their line up. I am assuming it's on a 7" bedframe - 9" foundation and 8" mattress. If your 22" height is mattress and box springs(no frame), then it may be in the $900-$1200 range. Regardless, used bedding does not sell for even close to it's original value. I think if you were to get $250 for the set, it would be considered a good opportunity. If you think you could get more, don't hesitate to try.
