I purchased an Aloe Vera mattress (UPC 1130090004344 with a warranty code: N2). When I went to the store where I purchased the mattress, they said the Mittleman Furniture distributor is no longer in business, so I should go to the manufacturer. How do I contact the manufacturer concerning a warranty claim? The mattress was purchased 3/3/10 and is so uncomfortable that we can not sleep on it. What is your suggestion to best correct this situation?

Hello -- The first piece of information you would need to find is the name of the manufacturer. As far as we are aware, there aren't any mattress manufacturers in North America named Aloe Vera, so this must be the name of the product line or model. We do have two models in our DB with the name Aloe Vera:
