Hi there -- Thanks for your question. TBH I don't generally bother watching other people's mattress reviews. Far too many that I have seen were done by people who don't seem to know the first thing about mattresses, except perhaps what they've learned from GoodBed and attempt to mimic from our videos. That said, I just went and watched that review and was genuinely impressed with the intelligent critique they provided. Clearly they are coming at it from a biased standpoint, but all of that was 100% transparent, which again is far better than the vast majority of mattress reviews on the internet. Overall, I agree with much of what they said, particularly regarding the non-woven, non-stretchy fabrics used under the cover and above the coils. These certainly increase the firmness and reduce the pressure relief and conformance that the mattress can provide. As a result of these and other factors in the design of this mattress, the resulting experience is an excellent match for back and stomach sleepers but not an ideal match for most side sleepers. Yes, the Avocado Eco Organic mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Eco Organic to have exceptional adjustable base compatibility.

- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 365 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: $99 return fee. Shipping fees and optional in-home setup services are non-refundable.
- Notes: 1 year trial for Green, Vegan, Organic Luxury, and Latex mattresses. 100 days for Eco Organic. 30-100 days for crib and kids mattresses.
