Hi there -- Thanks for your question. For someone of your weight, I would definitely recommend the Plus, even as a side sleeper. I would also recommend that you look at our reviews of these models, which I gather you have not seen because we specifically found that the Plus actually has enough softness and conformance that even some lighter, less curvy side sleepers could be OK on it.
