Hi there -- Thanks for your question. First of all, let's be clear that we're talking about rotating, not flipping. With that said, the process is pretty straightforward -- just lift the mattress up (or slide it if necessary) and turn it 180 degrees so that what was previously the head of the mattress is now the foot. If you have a standard King size mattress, you also have the option of rotating it only 90 degrees (ie, a quarter turn). Either way, this process will be much easier with two people.
