Hi there -- I am not familiar with this particular model at all, so there's a small caveat here. But in general, if a mattress has a pillow-top on both the top and bottom, then both sides are intended to be sleeping surfaces. Put differently, AFAIK no mattress brand has ever made a one-sided mattress with a decorative pillow-top on the bottom. I hope that's helpful.
