Hello -- It looks like the bed you liked at Macy's is actually in the ComforPedic line: As far as we know, Mattress Firm doesn't carry the ComforPedic line right now, so there won't be a direct comparable. However, you can look at their Serta iComfort and Sealy Optimum lines, both of which have all-foam models with gel-infused memory foam (like the Colony Grove). You may also find that the Tempur-Pedic models have a similar feel. Hope that helps.
