Is the Sealy Posturepedic Gel Series mattress cold for winter time sleeping?
asked May 29 '13
Hello and thank you for your question!
Sealy Posturepedic and other types phase-change gel matresses are meant to be temperature regulating, like underarmor, Nike Dry-Fit, or other active gear. So, in theory, these mattresses will be good in the winter and summer.
In practice however, the amount of Gel really isn't quite enough to regulate your body temperature throughout the night. A product like Technogel has a substanital layer of Gel, but that comes at a premium.
