Hi there -- Thanks for your question. The Breeze versions add a few cooling features to the mattress. A good starting point to understand these features is this video that we created: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qWWq_3dQ8g In terms of how "noticeable" the difference will be, this is really going to depend on the individual. For example, many people don't have any trouble with sleeping hot in the first place, including on the standard versions of the Tempur-Pedic models. For these folks, the Breeze versions probably won't feel all that different. Likewise, there are surely other people who have a tendency to sleep hot on almost anything. For these people, they may notice a difference, but it may not be enough. However, I do believe that there is a group of people in the middle for whom the Breeze features will offer a noticeable improvement that makes the difference between sleeping hot and sleeping comfortably.
