Hi there -- Thanks for your question. I've got good news and bad news. The good news is that just because a mattress has some bad reviews does not necessarily mean you made a poor choice. All mattresses have some bad reviews -- and indeed no mattress is a good match for everyone, so this makes sense. The bottom line is choosing the correct mattress is about choosing one that is the best match for your personal needs and preferences. The bad news is that unless you are a bona fide mattress expert, simply laying on a mattress for a few minutes in a store is a terribly unreliable way to choose the right mattress. Most pertinently, it seems that you are just now coming online to research your purchase -- only after you've already bought the mattress. For the benefit of others reading this, the approach I would have recommended instead would have been:
By following these steps (in this order), you will have greatly increased your chances of choosing correctly. I hope that helps.

You are right. I should have done research before my purchase. I can only hope this mattress is good for me. |
