Hi Deborah --

Thanks for your question. In general with mattress warranties, you have two avenues -- first is the retailer from whom you purchased the mattress, and second is the manufacturer. In the case of Corsicana though, I think you really only have the first option.

I'm sorry to say that what we have seen from Corsicana over a period of many years is a complete disinterest in the end consumers of their products. This is evidenced by the fact that as of August 2017 they have not even so much as claimed their (free) business profile on this site to be notified of all the reviews and questions that are submitted about their products -- they are one of a small handful of manufacturers in the top 50 of which this can be said.

In any case, this does still leave you with a viable first option, which is to go back to the retailer from whom you purchased the mattress. I just wanted to give you a bit of context about the manufacturer in this case, so you can be sure to do everything you can to get the retailer's cooperation -- including being nice to them, since depending on the retailer and their arrangement with Corsicana, they may feel that they themselves are not under an obligation to honor the warranty.

I hope that helps.
