Thanks for your question. As of August 2016, there aren't very many mattress manufacturers whose factories are certified to the stringent GOTS standards. Those that go this extra mile are certainly the most rigorous in their devotion to making mattresses that are not only organic in raw materials but also made with environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing practices and without harmful chemicals. Here are the leading mattress brands with the GOTS certification.
At this time, the brand in this group with the best consumer ratings is Naturepedic.

Update: As of 2019, there is now an additional brand called Happsy that is sold directly to consumers whose mattress is now the least expensive GOTS-certified (top to bottom) mattress that we know of.
