The difference is the Breeze has Phase changing technology(reacts to you at all times) that reacts to your body temperature.The Cloud Supreme has cooling technology as well, that is not phase changing. The design is to help you remain cool while you fall asleep, but can get warmer overnight, whereas the Breeze will adapt all night long as you need it.
