Hi Bill -- Yes, you can absolutely use a Loom & Leaf mattress on an adjustable bed frame. All-foam mattresses are particularly suitable for the type of bending and flexing that happens with an adjustable base. It's also worth noting that the Loom & Leaf warranty specifically states:
