The box spring makes the Comfort Solutions mattress much too high. Is it possible to get a lower box spring?

I purchased a full size Comfort Solutions elite pillow top set no. 4004 b x p l w 53 x 75 along with a "Pomona" bed model from Sleepys. The mattress and box spring together are much too high off the floor. This makes it quite difficult getting in and out of it. Sleepys has been no help in this matter. Is there a matching box spring for this set with a lower profile that is available? Please advise! Thank you.
