We sell that model in firm or luxury firm all the time and experience no complaints. The plush models always end up with a warranty problem. We recommend adding a 2" soft latex topper to one of the firm models. The latex topper will soften the surface and add years of extra life to the mattress. Together, you get everything your body needs to sleep deeply...firm support for your spine and a nice soft sleeping surface to relieve your pressure points and relax your muscles. Thanks, Pete
