Is it possible to get a new mattress through warranty due to wear?

We bought a Chattam & Wells mattress in May 2005. Over the years since purchasing we have turned our mattress as instructed, but it is sinking under our body impressions. Our warranty should be up in May 2015. Are we still allowed to get another mattress under this warranty?

This is correct, it is the responsibility of the retailer to handle the warranty and to ensure the correct process is handled for their customer. most mattresses have a 10 year warranty.

Generally you would go through the retailer you bought it from to get it handled, do you remember where you got it? They will send out a 3rd party to measure the sinking areas to see if it qualifies.
