Purchased a Briggs and Allison mattress from a company that is no longer in business. I am having problems with the mattress sagging in the center. The mattress is still covered under warranty, but I'm not sure where to go to have the problem taken care of.

Since your retailer is no longer in business, your best bet is to contact the manufacturer directly. The company that makes this line is called Primo International. They are a Canadian company based in Montreal. They list several contact numbers and email addresses on their website, including their customer service line: (514) 256-7543 x350.
