Hello, Check the back of your adjustable remote for a phone number. If it's a wireless remote, open the battery casing and see if there is a phone # on the inside. You should be able to order a replacement part directly from the manufacturer. You can go to the retailer you purchase from in order to get that contact phone number as well. The retailer will not likely have the part on hand but need to order it in. Calling the manufacturer takes out the middle man and may get you faster shipping.
