After a quick search, I found it was hard to get any information on where to purchase parts. This may mean the mattress has been discontinued, and through industry consolidation, parts may not be available.

The first thing I would do would be to contact the retailer you purchased this bed from. They should be able to give you information on where to get parts. If they are no longer around, try calling Simmons directly. If Simmons is unable to help you, there are alternatives.

Most air chambered beds have similarities. It will require purchasing a new control system. Sleep Number is of course the largest, but their stores want to sell mattresses, not parts. Comfortaire is #2, and while they prefer to sell mattresses, a dealer might be able to get you a control system. Innomax is #3, I have seen several web sites that promote parts. You might find parts available on eBay or Craiglist, but these would have no warranty.

Keep in mind, that if you go this route, there is very little or no warranty, and the prices can be a bit high. By buying a new mattress, you could restart the warranty process. Also, while the beds are similar, often the connections are not. If you are handy, you may be able to find parts in hardware stores that will allow the new parts to interface with the old. In this case, the air chambers and the control system. The easiest to modify, from my experience, is Comfortaire.
