• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 90 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
• Fees: Returns or exchanges are $175 (plus tax), plus or minus any price difference for exchanges.
• Notes: Stearns & Foster does not sell floor models online or by phone. If you purchase a floor model from a S&F retailer, they are usually final sale and non-returnable/exchangeable. However, each store may differ in their return policies! We recommend reaching out to the store location you purchased from to discuss your purchase and the options available to you.
