Here are the in-home trial details for mattresses purchased from the Stearns & Foster website:
- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 90 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: Returns or exchanges are $175 (plus tax), plus or minus any price difference for exchanges.
- Notes: Stearns & Foster does not sell floor models online or by phone. If you purchase a floor model from a S&F retailer, they are usually final sale and non-returnable/exchangeable. However, each store may differ in their return policies! We recommend reaching out to the store location you purchased from to discuss your purchase and the options available to you.

- Policy: Delivery available - Free with any mattress purchase
- Set-up: Set-up provided free with delivery
- Removal: Removal of old mattress provided free with delivery
- Timing: Delivery for Stearns and Foster mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases typically occurs 3 weeks after the order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking. Once the mattress, power base, or flat foundation delivery reaches the nearest delivery hub to your delivery address, a member of our delivery team should reach out to schedule a date for delivery that works best for you!
- Notes: In-home delivery in the continental US is free. For Alaska and Hawaii, there is a $600 surcharge per order, which will be applied to your order based on your shipping address.
