It will depend on the age of the bed. Call Big Sur first and find out the warranty status. It helps if you know where the leak is. You will probably need 3 things to file a claim. Your original receipt, the large tag around the fill valve, and the part of the bed that has the leak in it. Usually only seam or valve leaks are covered. If your leak is not on a seam then a $10 patch kit will have you back up and running in 24 hrs (drying time for glue).
